I hope everyone has had a fabulous summer break!
Owing to a slight change in my circumstances and current training commitments, my teaching schedule is now as follows:

Ebb and Flow group practise (weekly) - starts again on Monday 8 September at Eccleshall Community Centre 7pm

One to one yoga and yoga therapy sessions (either at The Therapy Quarters, Stoke on Trent, in person or online) - Fridays at various times

Private group practise (minimum 5 persons) - Friday

I do have other flexibility for one to ones on a case by case basis so please get in touch if that’s of interest.

I look forward to practising with you again on the mat 🧘🏻🩷

We are nearing the summer break so the in person last Ebb and Flow classes are as follows until September:

Thursday 17 July 2025 2pm at Offley Hay Village Hall

Monday 28 July 2025 7pm at Eccleshall Community Centre

One to one yoga therapy sessions will continue throughout August. And not forgetting a mini half day yoga and art ‘Sacred Flow’ retreat on Sunday 3 August 2025 1.30pm. Please get in touch to join.

Join me and Love, Light and Lemonade for this inspiring afternoon sacred geometry yoga and art retreat 🩷✨

As a mathematician, spiritual artist and light language practitioner, I LOVE Sacred geometry! ☸️🌀⚛️

It is essentially the study of the spiritual meaning, energy and symbolism of various shapes.

It can be applied to the forms, numbers, and patterns, seen throughout the natural world, in snail shells, flowers, snowflakes and so much more!

It exists both on a cellular level and in the stars and orbiting planets.

Rooted in its nature is the understanding that nothing is in isolation; everything is connected

Different patterns formed from sacred geometry offer focal points for meditative states, such as mandalas and Sri Yantras.

In our wonderful Sacred Flow ~ Art and Yoga Afternoon Retreat we’ll be painting this flower of life image adding colours intuitively and learning about this sacred symbol ⚛️🌸🌼

Hi Everyone

There will be no group yoga at Eccleshall Community Centre 7pm on the upcoming bank holiday Mondays (21 April, 5 May or 26 May).

Classes will however continue at Offley Hay Village Hall just down the road on Thursdays 2-3pm.

WALK FOR WELLNESS

The irony of being a small human being on this planet in the midst of this vast cosmos is that we think we have time…

The butterflies and the birds of prey were dancing today, the skies the purest blue, the sun shining as we were beautifully held by Mother Earth whilst Grandmother Moon was smiling down.

We are here for a small fleeting moment and on days like today it’s a reminder that we don’t need to die to experience the circle of life and to find heaven; it’s around us and within us, sometimes we just need to open our eyes a bit wider to see 🙏☀️💫💕
