Support groups are a wonderful way to connect with others who “just get it.”
You don’t have to share anything- just listening is absolutely okay.
Some people do choose to share their stories, and we all listen - really listen.
And somehow, we leave feeling that little bit lighter, often with an idea or two to try.

Our monthly hoarding support group is on this Thursday.
This friendly, safe and inclusive group will help you to talk about challenges arising from hoarding possessions, disorganisation and clearing clutter.
This is co-facilitated by Kat of The Hummingbird Effect and Hoarding Disorders UK CIC and Judy, who has personal, lived experience of hoarding allowing them to share practical, valuable advice and support.
Every group is a safe and confidential space with no judgement.
