And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.

👏👏👏PROUD beyond words!!

HIGH SHERIFF of GREATER MANCHESTER AWARDS awarded to …….My Life Legacy 💕 for outstanding work to the community. With a SPECIAL recognition award to MARTIN LOWE for his consistent enthusiastic support for My Life members as a sports facilitator.

A prestigious event with special invitations to some of our longest serving staff Karen Platt, Jodie Crompton and members Phillip Barber and Abby Etchells. Phil and Abby have been part of Martin and Karen’s sports group becoming healthier and fitter and between them losing over 10 stone and keeping it off!!

Martin and his lovely wife Catherine attended with Founder and CEO Caroline Tomlinson and long standing supporter / site maintenance Robert Tomlinson.

The evening at Manchester Youth Zone was wonderful last night with so many charities and voluntary organisations attending from across GM. It was a privilege to receive the award from Martin Ainscough CBE DL.

We will be showing the official photos once they come through and will be displaying the award pride of place in our reception for all to see, alongside the Voluntary Sector MBE which we were awarded in 2023.

Thank you to our brilliant staff and members for being you. Each day we reflect with our hearts bursting with pride. 💕💕
