Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real difference every single day?

As a Senior Support Worker with us, you’ll:
✨ Lead and inspire our amazing support team.
✨ Coordinate the service day-to-day.
✨ Work alongside a Behaviour Analyst who supports our team.
✨ Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live their absolute best lives.

📅 This is a full-time position with a set rota offering every other weekend off.

💡 What we’re looking for:

A Driving License

A get up and go attitude

Willingness, passion and belief that everyone deserves to live their best life

Experience in care/support work (ideally with learning disabilities/autism)

Confidence in leading a team and supporting colleagues

Good communication and organisational skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve

Flexibility to work a range of shifts

Commitment to delivering person-centered care

A positive, motivating role model for others
