This year, as always we hold especially close the memories of two individuals connected to HFS, the grandfathers of our directors, who bravely fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we know today.

We take a moment of silence to reflect on the lives lost, and the families forever shaped by the impacts of war.

Andy joined us over 15 years ago and is our Senior Funeral Director. With many years experience in the industry, Andy’s calming manor, patience and understanding are what makes him invaluable.

Outside of HFS, Andy is a keen motorcyclist, not only riding but also rebuilding vintage motorbikes in his spare time. He travels through Europe on bike trips with friends and has recently been to Uganda with his church to help build a school there.

Andy is our Order of Service master, honing his OCD skills to create perfect prints every time.

Thank you for your patience and service Andy, we really do value everything you do.

As we come to the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we continue to hold in our hearts all families who have experienced the loss of a baby.

A time to remember, reflect, and support all those affected. 🤍

This evening we will be joining the Wave of Light at 7pm, lighting a candle in tribute to every precious life gone too soon. 🕯️
