On Friday, for our 1 year Circle Anniversary (Circle-versary, if you will 🤣), one of our beautiful members, Emily, carried out an incredible Tea Ceremony for us.

It was a powerful and emotional Ceremony for us all, and we were honoured Emily chose to share her special gift with us 💚

This Months Circle is going to be a little bit different!

We're bringing together 2 areas that were passionate about - women having a safe space to grow and women being able to feel safe!

We'll look at times you've felt you needed to defend yourself (physically or mentally), we'll then provide you with a Self Defence 'taster session', giving you actual, practical skills you can apply, should you ever need to defend yourself real life.

Threats are out there, unfortunately, but this safe space is twofold this month, to help our amazing women feel empowered and confident 💚💪🏻

During this session, we'll welcome the Vernal Equinox, and honour it by looking at what things were going to bring into our lives as we move into Spring; a time of rebirth, renewal and new beginings 💐
