A brilliant performance this morning from Ireland's Michael Murphy and Cleverboy in the Dressage Team Competition at the Paralympics.
They score 75.179% in the Grade I test to get the Irish team off to a great start.

Being able to train my clients online, in a gym, in home gyms and outdoors is a real blessing! For me though, there is something about outdoor training that just wins. The sunshine and the fresh air just boosts the workouts and mood 💥

My name is Adam Goh and I hold a degree in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and I am a qualified level 2 gym and fitness instructor & level 3 Personal Trainer.

What do I offer?

I offer Personal Training sessions to enable you to reach new goals, whether that is weight loss, weight management, muscle gain or general fitness. As a self-employed PT, I can design and develop programmes/sessions that can be carried out within the home, home gym environment or outside i.e. the park or garden. This means there is no need to purchase new gym memberships and saves you time.
