I’ve created a safe space 🤍

When I ask “how are you?”, I mean the real answer — the raw, messy, unfiltered version. You don’t have to hold it together here. I am grounded enough to hold space for you to be fully yourself and to voice what’s really on your mind.

Reiki offers a gentle way to work through what you’re carrying — like silent counselling, without having to pick apart every detail or relive painful experiences. It helps reset the nervous system, supporting healing on a physical, emotional, and mental level.

You don’t have to do it alone ✨

Before the Reiki session begins I ask clients to rate their level of anxiety from 0-10 and to rate the level again after the session. Every client I have had the pleasure of working with always reports their anxiety is lower or non existent after the 1 to 1 session. They report the effects of inner calm carry forward for days, sometimes weeks before they know it’s time to re-book, when anxiety begins to creep back in.

There’s a common myth that offering reiki to others must be draining—but for me, it’s quite the opposite ✨

Before you arrive, I take a little time to prepare the space. I let calming essential oils gently diffuse, and I ground myself through a relaxing meditation. By the time you step in, I feel calm, centred, and fully present—ready to support exactly what you need in that moment.

Rather than feeling depleted, I actually feel relaxed and restored after each session. It’s a truly special experience, and I feel happy and grateful that you’ve trusted me to work closely with you in your personal space.

I enjoy my little tranquil sanctuary (workspace) so much that if I’m having a stressful day I sometimes come to unwind and spend some time alone to gather my thoughts.

Tomorrow the Spring Equinox is here, a beautiful moment of balance, where day and night stand equal, and nature begins to awaken again. It’s a time for fresh starts, new intentions, and embracing the vibrant, fertile energy all around us… just look at the bluebells and daffodils beginning to bloom 🌼

I don’t know about you, but I’m really looking forward to the clock change, on Sunday 29th March, the clocks go forward by one hour at 1:00am. We move from GMT to British Summer Time, meaning longer, lighter, brighter evenings 🥳

Yes, we lose an hour of sleep… but honestly? I’ll happily trade that for more daylight!

Here’s to new beginnings, fresh energy, and brighter days ahead 🌞

New Add-On Offering 🔮

For some time now, Oracle and Tarot guidance has naturally woven its way into my Reiki and Reflexology sessions. Once the body settles and the nervous system feels safe, the cards often offer beautiful reflections — and many of you have been asking for extended readings, rather than just the one or two card spread I offer as standard practice . I’ve also noticed that the insights that come after a Reiki session can be especially powerful.

This isn’t about predicting the future. It’s about gently guiding you back to your own inner wisdom, using the cards as a mirror. After your Reiki or Reflexology session, when your system is calm and regulated, we invite the cards to reflect what may be present for you.

I’m now also incorporating charm casting into these readings, offering an extra layer of symbolism and insight to support your journey of self-discovery.
