I offer Reiki as a quiet, supportive space for those navigating trauma. As a Level II certified practitioner, I work with clients who carry experiences they can’t always put into words. Reiki provides a gentle, non-verbal way to release what no longer serves you—without reactivating or retraumatizing.
While Reiki isn’t a substitute for therapy, it beautifully complements it. By supporting the body’s parasympathetic response, it helps the nervous system shift out of survival mode. For those living with PTSD or C-PTSD, healing often begins with small moments of calm, rest, and safety—and Reiki helps create those moments.
During a session, you remain fully clothed, resting comfortably with blankets and support as needed. With light touch or hands hovering above the body—always with consent—the energy flows where it’s needed most. Many clients experience deep relaxation, better sleep, and a renewed sense of steadiness.
