Hi, I'm Paula, Business Owner of Kick Start Fat Loss (KSFL) Stockport. KSFL is a simple clean eating programme eliminating processed foods, sugar, alcohol etc from your diet detoxifying the body, liver & cells so the body burns fat more efficiently becoming leaner & stronger. Exercise classes are also offered as part of the package, Zumba, HIIT, Legs, Bums & Tums, Fitness Pilates, Total Body Workout. I'm very passionate about my job and love helping people achieve their goals whatever they may be ie getting fitter, losing weight, healthier lifestyle, increasing their energy levels etc.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈPilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈYou can do Pilates with or without equipment, but no matter what, expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control.
πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈPilates moves tend to target your core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈAlthough Pilates is specifically defined as exercise for the core or abdominal muscles, it is important that clients know that the core includes the entire trunk, which is the abdominals, the hips, the inner and outer thighs, and the back so expect a workout that works your entire body.

We even have meet ups for coffee, lunches, nights out. All classes are ideal for beginners, and I modify exercises to suit everyone.

We would love you to join us and immerse into the beautiful depths of sound frequency and vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drum and chimes to bring about deep healing and balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

Please do not panic regarding using the booking method. If you are unsure, I am available to help/guide you through the process or I can book you on.

This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked.
