Even if you can’t dip, just being there can still make you feel better 🥰🌊

It’s completely okay to listen to your body — especially if you’re feeling poorly 🤧. Cold water isn’t always the answer, but being around like-minded people definitely helps ❤️

Hi ladies 🤍

Tomorrow’s dip will be sunrise, and Sunday will be 9am for those who prefer a later start 🌅

📍 Meet time & place:
• 7:25am
• Activity Centre, Underbank

I want to be open and say I won’t be getting in the water tomorrow. I’ve been off with tonsillitis and my body has been really run down 🤧 I’m starting to feel better, but I’m choosing to listen to my body and not push it for a few minutes in the water.
Cold water has so many benefits —

✨ Boosting mood
✨ Reducing stress
✨ Building resilience
✨ Improving circulation & mental clarity

But it’s just as important to talk about the other side too. When you’re poorly or recovering, your body is more vulnerable and cold water can have an adverse effect, slowing recovery and adding extra stress ❄️

Knowing when not to dip is part of the practice 🤍
That said… this is a perfect opportunity for any newbies ✨

Come down, sit with me, grab a coffee ☕️, dip your toes in, chat through the technique and I’ll be there to support you — no pressure, no expectations.

Who’s up for a sunrise dip this Saturday? 🌊🌅

Not feeling brave enough for the water? That’s totally fine — come for the coffee, the sunrise, the fresh air and a good natter ☕💙

There’s zero pressure to get in. This is all about getting up, getting outside, trying something new (or not!), learning the techniques and starting the day feeling good.

Toes in, quick in-and-out, or straight in like a hero — it all counts 😄

Come along, take the plunge, and leave feeling refreshed, energised, and recharged 💦✨

If you're not sure if you're ready for the dip, then come down, dip your feet in or just bring a coffee and enjoy a natter and the sunrise.
