A danger nap is dangerous as it’s releases sleep pressure right before bedtime/ nap.
The only way to combat this is to wake them as soon as you can and accept that the next sleep session will be later to build that pressure back up.
If you don’t do this then hello to bedtime protests, split nights and a rather rubbish time.
Bravo to this family who didn’t panic and altered bedtime accordingly. BOOM!
