MAGICAL CHANGE PRACTITIONER SERIES .............

I am including as many of the practitioners on this page, who wish to be featured, as individuals who are offering the Magical Change strategy. The method works in a child-friendly way to address the improvement in well-being of any child or young person who is struggling with life. Most offer face to face and online help. Areas served
I am based in the Teesside area – serving towns like Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Darlington for face to face appointments. But I also work online for clients living further afield.

What I Offer
Is your child struggling with anxiety or other emotional challenges? I specialise in helping children break free from the worries that hold them back, using a warm, non-judgmental approach to create a safe and supportive space.

Through face-to-face and online sessions, I guide children in exploring their emotions and fears, while equipping them with practical coping strategies and mindfulness techniques. Using the Magical Change method, I empower them to build confidence, manage anxiety, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

I also work with adult clients, and besides using Magical Change methods, I also employ NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques and techniques from IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

Happy International Women's Day! Who is your all time favourite woman? Mine is Audrey Hepburn. After my mum, sisters and friends of course!
“The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows & the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years.”
― Audrey Hepburn

A new month, a new start. I'm going to focus on reaching out and connecting with others, something I haven't done enough of over the last 2 years (not always by choice!). It's good to know that making others feel good boosts our own happiness hormones.
