If I feel any niggles, I will react quickly and get my physio to work on it.

Many people delay things, making excuses they are too busy🤦‍♀️

Well you can only cheat on your body for short time before it comes back and bites you twice as hard😳

Today’s walk didn’t disappoint 🥰

Three Shires Head Macclesfield Forest Shining Tor Tegg's Nose Country Park Goyt Valley brought beautiful views. I was walking with big grin on my face😌

One minute you are smiling the next you are suffering 😳 but in that suffering you really learn many things about yourself.

The deload is over and from Monday it’s time to put the training back on track😎

And soon there will be a lot of suffering…10 ultramarathons in 10 days. My goals is to run…500km😳

Almost ran over a rat, went into the bushes, saw rabbits😂

Do I always feel like working out in the morning?! Of course NOT😂

Sometimes I have those days like, oh crap, I don’t feel like working out…🤦‍♀️

But then I remind myself how s**t I will feel if I skip it and how good I will feel if I go for it. And after the workout is done I’m always like “I’m so glad I done it”, the mood is like “hell yeah”!😎

So just give it 5minutes, start the warm up and you feel much better😎

Challenging time!🤦‍♀️

It’s difficult time right now having some issues in the business. This obviously puts a lot of stress. The one thing that helps me to relax, keep sane and keep going are exercises. My gym is where I can fully detach, recharge my mental battieries and keep fighting.

And stay positive as the bad karma will end and the good times will come😎

So don’t forget to move your body as this is what can help you with your mental health🥰

Before run and after the run this morning😂

Doing two sessions back to back is no joke. However killing legs first with deadlifts, step up, good morning, leg extension and then doing a tempo run is extreme🤦‍♀️ Oh and yesterday were 400m fast repeats too😉

However only by challenging myself I'm going to get stronger, fitter and keep proving that age is not exuse for not getting fit😎
