We’re off to Spa Life Scotland!

We can’t wait to reconnect with the incredible spa and wellness community at Spa Life Scotland 2025, building on last year’s successful launch event.

Held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in central Edinburgh, this two-day event will bring together spa operators, suppliers, and consultants for inspiring keynotes, meaningful conversations, and immersive wellness experiences at One Spa, which was crowned “Best Spa in Scotland” two years running!

We were delighted to attend W3Fit 2025 at the stunning Higueron Hotel by Hilton in Malaga, between the 14th and 17th October.

The event brought together like-minded leaders from across the club and fitness industry, connecting through scheduled one-on-one meetings, meaningful networking activities, and a shared sense of community and purpose.

A huge thank you to Danny and Chris for representing us so well, they had a fantastic time engaging with industry peers, sharing insights, and being part of such an inspiring event!

Our team had a fantastic time attending the UK Active Awards at the ICC in Birmingham!

The ukactive Awards are one of the UK’s largest and most prestigious celebrations of the fitness and physical activity sector, recognising both the industry and the amazing people who power it.

We were proud to be one of the sponsors for the night and to be part of such a vibrant evening.

Representing Matrix on the night were Lynn, Alex, Richard, Andy, Danny, and Bridget, who had a brilliant time connecting with industry peers , and cheering on award winners.

Huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners, their contributions continue to shape the future of active wellbeing across the UK.

What a weekend!

The TRX UK Training Summit 2025 at Aston University in Birmingham had it all!
The event was packed with education, inspiration, and an incredible sense of community and Andy Philips from our team was proud to be part of it.

Day 1 brought the energy with a powerful mix of sessions from ExtremeHIIT and Pilates, to women’s specific training, all centred on one goal: elevating what great coaching looks like.

Day 2 turned up the intensity with the first-ever TRX Games in the UK!
Teams of two battled through 10 challenging stations, testing strength, endurance, and teamwork. Andy took on the challenges with none other than TRX’s own CEO, Jack Daly, taking home the win!

It was unforgettable weekend that showcased the best in fitness, coaching, and community. Here’s to pushing limits and raising the bar together!
