I have over two decades of experience in education, training and empowering individuals to enhance their lives. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, speaker, breathwork facilitator, and holistic therapist to individuals, community groups and teams...

THE PROBLEM

Since our World changed and continues to, many find themselves in a constant state of fight or flight, affecting both mental and physical wellbeing. Coping with loss, stress and anxiety is impacting peoples’ ability to function at full warrior capacity and many are struggling at work and at home. THE SOLUTION

It is important to cultivate a culture of wellness and wellbeing at home, in the workplace and in the community. By creating space to practice techniques for rest, we can ease away from fight or flight responses in the body, find more clarity and peace of mind, set and achieve career and life goals with more energy, more confidence and less stress. By taking a holistic approach I am able to provide solutions for individuals and teams, creating bespoke experiences that encourage rest, reflection, and transformation. HOW TO WORK WITH ME

For Groups & Teams:
I design bespoke workshops & retreats targeting workplace and community challenges. I use practices such as yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, reflection, self-enquiry, sleep yoga & visualisation to increase energy, build confidence, reduce stress which can dramatically enhance communication, teamwork, productivity and happiness. For Individuals:
I create restful and nourishing retreats in scenic settings, offer breathwork immersions, teach yoga classes and provide online sleep sessions. Private treatments and retreats are also available, and my Facebook group 'Intimate Gatherings for Warriors that Rise' offers free practices and community support. GET IN TOUCH

And still lie awake at 2am… exhausted but wired.

I know, because that was me for years.

I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do—blackout curtains, no screens before bed, chamomile tea, the works.

And still waking up more tired than when I went to bed, watching other people bounce out of bed with energy while I could barely function.

What finally changed things wasn’t another sleep hack.

It was understanding what my body actually needed to rest.

Here are the 4 powerful sleep rituals most exhausted women skip 👇🏽

Ritual 1: Quieten Your Busy Mind

Your brain won’t shut off because it’s solving everyone’s problems. Create a ritual that signals: the day is DONE. Tell your mind it’s safe to rest.

Ritual 2: Release Tension Held in Your Body

Your body is HOLDING everything you carried today. You can’t sleep when you’re braced for impact. Physically PUT IT DOWN before bed.

Ritual 3: Calm Your Nervous System

Sleep hygiene won’t work if your nervous system is in fight-or-flight. Teach your body it’s SAFE to rest.

Ritual 4: Rest Before You’re Broken

You can’t catch up on sleep after running yourself into the ground. Warriors rest strategically, not reactively. Make it non-negotiable NOW.

Once I started practicing these rituals, everything changed.

I went from 3 hours of broken sleep to 7 hours of deep, restorative rest.

My energy came BACK. My brain fog lifted. My body stopped screaming at me.

Here I am with the amazing guest speaker with her ‘big magic’ energy and straight talk, guiding us to identify our money archetypes so we can rise higher 🔥

And the epic as organiser of this event, Staffordshire ambassador for and founder of .uk . We’ve known each other since university and have been reconnecting over the last couple of years. So much love 🔥

And then there’s me, your warrior sis here to encourage you to rest and sleep better so you can release the bu****it conditioning placed on you, remember who the f you are and RISE into your power and authenticity to live and love life more 🔥

Confession: I took a 3-month break from socials…

Not because I wasn’t working.

But because I needed space to rest, to refocus, and build what actually matters.

For years, I’ve been working tirelessly on my business - creating offers, building systems, figuring it all out.

Some days I’m exhausted.

Some days I wonder if I’m doing it right.

Some days I put off the things I love - cooking, seeing friends, just LIVING.

But here’s what I know:

When I REST, even for 20 minutes, I:

Make better decisions
Have clearer ideas
Don’t burn out completely
Remember WHY I’m doing this

I’m not perfect at rest. I’m a teacher who still has to practice.

But that’s the point.

Rest isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about giving yourself what you need to keep rising. To release what has held you down. And now…

I’m back. With better boundaries, clearer focus, and zero apologies. Rising.

Join us for a rest, release and reset with restful feminine breath and the therapeutic healing and power of sound.

Join us on Saturday 17th January at The Walton Community Centre, Stone.

This immersive journey will gently guide your body into deep relaxation, quietens the mind leads you into the perfect inner space to commune with your soul as your body is bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound.

This is an experience that is both powerful and blissfully restorative.

With over 20 years’ experience holding safe, healing spaces between us, you can feel confident that you will be fully supported throughout this journey.

The feedback from past collaborations was incredible, with many describing it as truly transformational.

Benefits of Breathwork & Sound Healing:
