You’re Not Stuck. You’re In A Loop.
Stuck means there’s nowhere to go.
But you do have options. You just keep running the same mental lap:
What if I get it wrong?
What if they judge me?
What if I regret it?
Back to the start. Again.
That’s not being stuck.
That’s your unconscious playing the same “keep her safe” record on repeat.
The problem isn’t the decision.
The problem is the loop.
NLP breaks the loop.
We don’t spend session after session talking about why you overthink.
We interrupt the pattern, install a new one, and test it in real time.
You walk out with a quieter head and a clear next step.
Not because you “figured it all out”.
Because your brain finally stopped buffering.
