Introducing Barry Hawley, Funeral Director Dip. F.D., L.M.B.I.F.D.🎩

Barry brings over 45 years of experience in the funeral profession, demonstrating a lifetime of dedication and care to the families he serves. He formally qualified as a Funeral Director in March 1999, achieving the N.A.F.D. Diploma in Funeral Directing.

Barry is a member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors, awarded his B.I.F.D. Licence to Practise—further recognising his professionalism and commitment to the highest standards within the industry.

Barry describes his role as a Funeral Director as the most rewarding career anyone could wish for. Being able to support families through times of loss and sadness is something he finds deeply meaningful and fulfilling.

The inspection included a full review of our premises, along with in-depth discussions around our policies and procedures, ensuring every aspect of our service meets the highest professional standards.

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of care, professionalism, and support to the families we serve.

Introducing: Anthony Bromley, our friendly and dedicated Funeral Director here at Price and Stubbs Funeral Directors in Stone.

Anthony had long hoped to join our company, but the opportunity didn’t arise until later in his career. After spending over 10 years working within the engineering industry, he made a meaningful career change at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in February 2020, when he joined Harold H. Leese in Stoke as a Funeral Operative.

It wasn’t long before Anthony’s compassion, commitment, and professionalism earned him the title of Funeral Director. Since then, he has been devoted to supporting and guiding families through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

In August 2023, Anthony joined Price and Stubbs, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for his role. He is currently furthering his professional development by studying for the National Association of Funeral Directors Diploma in Funeral Directing (NAFD). 👏

A proud Stoke native and former pupil of Thistley Hough Academy, Anthony approaches every family with the same kindness, dignity, and respect that he would offer his own.🎩💛 We are proud to have you here in Stone and grateful for your commitment to local families.
