Please bare with us this coming week, due to a family bereavement, the clinic will be running with very limited front cover on Mon/Tues, Morgan will be in from Wednesday, I will do my best to get any urgent calls dealt with.

This month to date we have had 7 dna's, this not only causes our business to lose money, it also causes a back up of clients awaiting an appointment.
From today, if you either have a reminder by text or phone call and fail to turn up, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, this will also need to be paid before you can re-book, I am very sorry that we have to do this, as a small business we rely on working at full capacity, it's also unfair to clients on our waiting list.

Good morning,

Information about our pilate classes, our classes are a maximum of 3 per class, we run on monthly blocks.

Lynda is a fully qualified pilates teacher with 20+ years of experience behind her, from beginners to advanced, Lynda has fast become popular with all of our pilates clients.

As the classes are small, Lynda can pay close attention to each movement, giving you almost one to one attention, meaning you get the full benefit from each class.

Our classes are paid on a monthly basis, the cost of a block depending on month is (£54 4 WEEK BLOCK) (£67 5 WEEK BLOCK) this works out at £13.50 per class.

We have 2 spaces come up for a Tuesday at 6:30pm, our classes are always fully booked, so this is quite unusual. If you are interested please call 01569 763332, WhatsApp 07850473720

You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we provide everything needed.
