A short walk or just stepping outside for some sunlight can help clear your mind. Small steps still count. Sometimes the best reset is simply going outside.

The Callanish Standing Stones on the Isle of Lewis aren’t just ancient, they’re aligned with the movements of the sun and moon. Over 5,000 years ago, these stones were placed to mark celestial events, especially the rare lunar standstill when the full moon appears to skim along the horizon.

In a busy world, our minds often drift between what has already happened and what might happen next. Mindfulness helps us return to what is happening right now, the rhythm of our breath, the feeling of the ground beneath our feet, and the quiet moments we often overlook.

Rest restores our energy, a reset clears our perspective, and refocusing helps us move forward with intention rather than exhaustion.
