Its that time of year again when I start collecting donations for Turning tide, a charity that supports homeless people in Worthing/Shoreham and Horsham area. If you are local and you would like to donate any items on the list please get in contact with me and I will arrange to pick up from the local area, I am also happy to buy any items that you want to donate if you give me the money. Hello,

It's that time of year again to think about people who are homeless, they will need help to keep warm and be fed. The winter is even harder for someone who is homeless, especially at Christmas time. So I will be collecting donations for St Clare’s Day Centre in Worthing. They provide hot and cold food, showers, clothing, laundry, I.T. Provision, advice, dentist, doctors, information and signposting.

I have contacted the day centre and they have given me a Christmas wish list, if you would like to donate anything from the list I will be collecting these items at all my classes starting this week. Please place them in a bag and give them to me at either the beginning or end of the class or I can arrange collection from your home. I will be taking donated items to them week beginning 8th December. I know they appreciated everything that is donated to them; it will help so many people. Thank you in advance for your support.

Second week of working with gent who had a stroke a couple of years ago, working on getting new neuropaths formed so his right side will start to move again . Sadly he had not found the right person that worked for him, until now….We are going to make a great team !! 👍
