Last week in groups, I asked my members set a Christmas weight loss wish.💫✨💫

Their Christmas wish could be anything they wanted to achieve n the 10 weeks till Christmas. I asked each member think about the changes they needed to make and behaviours around food and drink they may want help wish in order to achieve their chosen wish🎄

This week my members achieved these amazing awards and made huge steps towards achieving their wishes. The next 8 weeks are going to be so exciting and I am so proud of my members.
