MEDITATION SESSIONS begins again on Tuesday 4th January 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Good morning to our start of a fresh new week in 2022. 🧘🏼‍♀️
We also start the year with a super new moon in Capricorn which is an ideal time to let the universe know your intentions and desires, your wishes and dreams for the coming year.

If you would like to learn how to meditate and switch off from our racing minds join us for this weeks class, the theme will be about gratitude, intentions and believing you can!

✨ Learn how to stop the monkey mind✨

One of the most interesting studies in the last few years, carried out at Yale University, found that mindfulness meditation decreases activity in the default mode network (DMN), the brain network responsible for mind-wandering and self-referential thoughts – a.k.a., “monkey mind.” The DMN is “on” or active when we’re not thinking about anything in particular, when our minds are just wandering from thought to thought. Since mind-wandering is typically associated with being less happy, ruminating, and worrying about the past and future, it’s the goal for many people to dial it down. Several studies have shown that meditation, through its quieting effect on the DMN, appears to do just this. And even when the mind does start to wander, because of the new connections that form, meditators are better at snapping back out of it.

✨Helping your candle burn to its full potential is a balance of leaving it alone and keeping an eye on it

✨However, sometimes our may need to blow out a candle before it’s ready. This can create a little “memory ring” that can cause tunnel burning.
Tunnelling is when the candle will burn straight down like a little tunnel, wasting wax along the edges of the jar.
Popping a little foil hat ring around the top of the jar (with space for flame to burn will help to melt the wax to give you a full melt pool. 👍🏼

✨Following these simple instructions will not only care for your candles but also get the most out of them.

Self care for Mind, Body & Spirit in a holistic way.

The power of pause....when was the last time you took some time out from your busy life?. Putting your self first isn't selfish, its essential.

Stress is part of our everyday lives, however too much stress is bad for us and we all need to take time out and relax.

I offer a range of holistic treatments, home retreats, tools, products and meditation sessions to help you find your reset button. When we pause and unplug we learn how to connect again with our higher selves. We can then perform and function in our daily lives with focus and a calm determination that brings us success and happiness.

I love nothing more than that feeling of balance and peace within myself and others, my healing journey has taken me from stress and anxiety to being in control of my own wellbeing. Each individual has their own healing path, I want support and coach others throughout that journey of self care.
