🌹🚶‍♂️ Reflection, Growth & Gratitude 🚶‍♂️🌹

Since stepping into the role of walk leader in May 2023, it’s been incredible to see how far this group has come. What started as a simple idea to get men walking and talking has grown into a supportive community that I’m truly proud of 💬🤝🏼

This week marks one year of our social media page, and we’re now close to 200 followers! 🙌🏽
Thank you to everyone who’s walked with us, supported us, or simply taken the time to follow our journey!

Tonight, 15 men joined for a meaningful walk, captured at the Stourport Memorial, following Remembrance Sunday. A moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate both those who came before us and the community we’ve built today 🌙❤️

🍂🚶‍♂️ Mild November Walk in Stourport 🚶‍♂️🍂

A lovely, mild evening for tonight’s walk, 15 men out enjoying good company and great conversation 💬

Talks flowed around the strong sense of community that’s built within the group and how welcoming everyone is to new faces 🤝🏼

We also had one new member join us tonight! Brilliant to see the group continue to grow and support each other week after week 👏🏽

🌙🚶‍♂️ 18 Men, One Fantastic Evening 🚶‍♂️🌙

Tonight’s walk brought together 18 men and some truly meaningful conversations 💬

We reflected on humble beginnings and the journeys that have shaped who we are today, all while keeping the focus on wellbeing and connection 💪🏽🧠

It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come, a group built on trust, support, and shared experiences

Every step really does make a difference 👣

It’s brilliant seeing how everyone turns up, gets stuck in, and keeps the conversations flowing

Each week feels a little different, but the vibe’s always the same, relaxed, supportive, and full of good energy 💬💪

🚶‍♂️💬 Reflections from This Week’s Walk 💬🚶‍♂️

This week we had 17 men join the walk, another incredible turnout 👏

My thoughts and reflections tonight…

2 ½ years ago, I’d never have imagined being able to provide a safe and comfortable space where 16 other men would join me for a walk, a chat, and a bit of laughter along the way 🌙

It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come, a true reminder of the power of connection, community, and showing up for one another💪🤝

🌙🚶‍♂️ The dark walks have officially begun! 🚶‍♂️🌙

Another great evening with 12 men joining the walk tonight, torches in hand 🔦, laughter in the air, and a real sense of camaraderie among the group.

One member summed it up perfectly:
💬 “I have to come, this is something I look forward to.”

Moments like this remind us why we do it! connection, conversation, and support 💪🤝

Even with our group leader away moving house, 13 of us came together for a fresh and brisk evening walk 💬👣

Great conversations, plenty of laughs, and that simple reminder of how good it feels to connect with others while getting some fresh air
