Lead with warmth, passion and a clear vision for excellence in early years

Inspire your team with new ideas, reflective practice and creative approaches to play

Drive continuous improvement to help the setting progress from “Good” to “Outstanding”

Create an environment that promotes calmness, wellbeing and purposeful play

Make loose parts, heuristic play and natural learning experiences part of everyday magic

Support staff development, encourage confidence and nurture their strengths

Build genuine relationships with children, families and the wider community

Ensure high standards in safeguarding, EYFS compliance and Ofsted expectations

Our dream Manager is someone who:

Leads with passion, positivity and a deep love for Early Years

Has fresh, exciting ideas and isn’t afraid to innovate

Truly understands child-led, play-based learning

Champions a calm, connected and curiosity-rich environment

Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and current childcare practice

Is confident in coaching, mentoring and inspiring teams

Holds a Level 3 qualification (Level 5+ strongly preferred)

Brings joy, creativity and heart to everything they do

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real difference? Tiny Toez is seeking a Childcare Manager for our Lords & Ladies, Stourport-on-Severn nursery to steer our team toward excellence.

📍 Location: Tiny Toez @ Lords & Ladies, Roscrea, Lower Lickhill Road, Stourport, Worcestershire, DY13 8RJ

✅ What You’ll Do
As Childcare Manager, you’ll lead from the front. Your responsibilities include:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the nursery
Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team
Ensure all regulatory compliance (Ofsted, safeguarding, health & safety\)
Maintain and enhance high standards of care, learning, and environment
Build relationships with parents, stakeholders, and community
Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling

🎯 What We’re Looking For - We want someone with:
Proven experience in childcare / early years leadership or management
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage \(EYFS\) & Ofsted requirements
Excellent leadership, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to high-quality, nurturing, child-centred practice
Passion for staff development and building a positive nursery culture
