Hard to believe in 3 years I’ve gone from 22 stone to 17.5 stone then built muscle up to make me weigh 18.9 stone.. Three years and getting stronger and healthier all the time.. even at 50!! yes, I slip up and “accidentally” have the odd kebab, but it’s not a habit and that’s the difference! .. don’t make it a new years resolution next year.. make it a new life promise any day you like! I feel SO much happier than I ever did! i think clearer, faster and feel a thousand times better than the old me! ..
