Children’s mental health awareness week 💙

Children’s mental health awareness week is a great time to remind children that EVERY feeling matters, from the BIG feelings to the wiggly feelings and quiet feelings all of them are welcome.

Through yoga, breathing , creativity and mindfulness we can help children build calm, confidence and kindness toward themselves (and others)

When children learn how to pause, breathe and notice what is happening inside they grow stronger on the inside too 🥰

Let’s keep creating safe and nurturing spaces for children where they feel seen, heard and supported because healthy minds are just as important as healthy bodies ✨🩷

Wow, what a beautiful evening we shared last night at Katie’s gorgeous women’s circle! It was such a joy to collaborate with Katie, she always brings the most wonderful insight and heartfelt guidance. The energy in the room was incredibly calming, creating a truly safe and nurturing space to pause, be present and feel supported by such amazing women. Thank you so much to everyone who came along 💛
