World Spine Day is this Thursday October 16th which highlights the importance of spinal health and well-being.

Try this seated spinal twist to relieve tension and increase flexibility when working at a desk.

🟢 Sit tall in a chair
🔵 Place right hand on left knee
🟢 Twist gently to the left, hold for 10 sec
🔵 Repeat other side
🟢 Ensure correct seating and take regular breaks.

Stowmarket Chiropractic is proud to announce that they have recently accepted two awards from the Royal College of Chiropractors at a ceremony in London in January 2025. The CMQM is a prestigious award held by only 40 clinics across the UK to recognise excellence in clinical management and governance whilst the PPQM is held by clinics who excel in putting patients needs first. The clinic owner, Marié Broodryk attended the ceremony and was over the moon to be awarded these two Quality Marks for a further three years.
