We just wanted to share this beautiful review from a family member of a client who we lost recently ❤️

All I can do is praise the care and service provided by everyone at Sisters Home Care.

Tony felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely looked forward to their daily visits. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to keep him at home exactly where he wanted to be. Sisters Home Care helped make that a reality for us.

They didn’t just care for Tony. They cared about him, treating him with dignity and respect, and never making him feel any less of a person despite his Parkinson’s. Their compassion went far beyond expectations. From being actively involved in managing his medical care plan alongside me, to sitting with him so I could take a shower, to his daily care and even rescuing us from a pigeon destroying the kitchen (thank you, Linz!), nothing was ever too much trouble.

They supported me just as much as they supported him. They were always involved, but never took away my role as his carer. Instead, they guided and empowered me, enabling me to provide the best care possible. We worked as a team, and in his final week, they truly went above and beyond.

By helping my grandad, they helped me, and I’ll never forget that. Ladies, you truly are one of a kind

A lovely review

If you want your loved one to receive the best care then Sisters Home Care is undoubtedly the right people. Their kindness and compassion is beyond belief. After having them come and help me care for my Dad he enjoyed their company and would always greet them with a big smile. They also were a great support for me, with advice on different things of which were very beneficial for him. They would go out of their way to provide and get things that I could not. They looked after him as if he was their own family showed him love and were there for him through difficult times, shed tears when things weren't good.
As dad got more frail they would pop in to make sure he was ok and offer drinks without me asking.
They sat with him to allow me a couple of hours to have a mini break as we sadly watched him fade, and without their help and care I would never have been able to give dad his wish to die at home.I will always be grateful to Sisters Home Care for what they gave us.
Love you always dad, now at peace. Xx

Another lovely review from a client's son but doesn't have Facebook ❤️

Linz & Mel were wonderful looking after our mother after her stroke and hospital stays. Their care and thoughtfulness allowed her to continue to enjoy her activities and be self-sufficient within her own home, and gave us all reassurance that she was being supported with regular visits, as well as the ability to get out and about (eg: shopping or hairdressers) as she wanted. Over the last four and a half years mum had settled in to seeing them as friends as much as carers, and she was always glad to see them when it was time for a visit. Communication with the family was excellent, with any issues relating to mums changing needs raised promptly, and a full diary kept of mums condition, activities and conversations. Thankyou all.
