🎄✨🍭 Step into Candy Cane Lane at The Grass Roots this Christmas! 🍭✨🎄
We’re so excited to bring even more festive magic to Strabane this year! After the huge success of our sold-out S’mores Boxes at Halloween and seeing how much families appreciated having warm, welcoming spaces we’re expanding what Grassroots will offer during the Strabane Christmas Lights Switch-On & Community Christmas Market.

This year, Grassroots will come alive with three festive zones, sensory-friendly spaces, treats, and activities for the whole family:
🎅✨ ZONE 1- Kids Zone (Grassroots Food Market)
Our Food Market will be transformed into a dedicated Kids Zone full of festive fun!
🌈 Includes Sensory Area
A calm, welcoming space designed especially for children who may benefit from a quieter environment.
(Black out tent, ear defenders to borrow, sensory toys)
🍱 Kids Snack Box & Drink £5
A cosy spot for families to relax and enjoy a wee treat together.
☕✨ ZONE 2 - Grass Roots Wellness Café
The café will be open as normal, serving:
• Delicious hot & cold drinks
• Homemade food
• Festive café treats perfect for warming up between activities!
🔥✨ ZONE 3- S’mores Zone (Grass Roots Learning Hub)
This is where our famous s’mores action will be happening!
🔥 Fire Pit Burners (Gas)
🍫 S’mores Boxes — £5 each
🍫 Kids Drinking Chocolate — £1
Gluten-free and dairy-free s’mores available on request.

John Wesley Street will be transformed into a magical, beautifully decorated Candy Cane Lane the perfect festive backdrop to the Christmas Lights Switch-On.
