A beautiful morning celebrating all the amazing mums during our final session of baby yoga.

It was so special listening to all the wonderful things you love about being a mummy and seeing all the precious moments of love and connection between you and your babies during the session.

Lots of very cute little baby massage graduates, yesterday! 🎓

Over the 5 week course we introduced and revisited lots of different massage strokes as well as gentle movements.

Yesterday, towards the end of the massage the babies let us know it was time to stop so that is exactly what we did
and absolutely what our classes are about... respecting baby's cues and always baby led! ❤️

Thank you to the wonderful mums and babies who joined me! I hope you continue to enjoy baby massage at home, too.

A very wet and miserable morning for week 4 of baby massage but it was lovely and cosy in the hall.

The babies did so well as we added new parts to the massage routine and of course lots of great conversations between the mums.

Thank you to everyone who joined me this morning, and hope that any little ones who are unwell feel better soon!
