A chance to slow down and pause in a world that moves fast. These sessions are unrushed and relaxed with many benefits for both you and your baby - an opportunity to enjoy special time together and also meet other parents in the local area.

Lots of very cute little baby massage graduates, yesterday! 🎓

Over the 5 week course we introduced and revisited lots of different massage strokes as well as gentle movements.

Yesterday, towards the end of the massage the babies let us know it was time to stop so that is exactly what we did
and absolutely what our classes are about... respecting baby's cues and always baby led! ❤️

Thank you to the wonderful mums and babies who joined me! I hope you continue to enjoy baby massage at home, too.

A very wet and miserable morning for week 4 of baby massage but it was lovely and cosy in the hall.

The babies did so well as we added new parts to the massage routine and of course lots of great conversations between the mums.

Thank you to everyone who joined me this morning, and hope that any little ones who are unwell feel better soon!

A morning full of loveliness during our second week of baby massage -

Baby massage provides an opportunity to slow down and simply be in the moment with your baby. A time for connection, communication, love and bonding all through nurturing touch.

Some babies enjoyed their massage on the mat, while others sat up or in their mum's arms. There were pauses for feeding, changing and cuddles which is the very essence of baby led sessions ❤️

After the summer specials, I received some very kind messages ❤️ and written at the end of one, were these words, which honestly means so much!

But the real magic?
It's YOU!
All you wonderful, amazing mums who come to classes. You may have had a sleepless night or are going through a tough phase but yet you come and support each other, cheer each other on and offer words of encouragement. You share experiences and have important conversations, the ones that only other mums who are going through the same thing will understand.

In every class, mums at different stages are looking out for each other and always welcoming new mums - creating new friendships and building a community of support.

There's something very special about mums coming together and what a privilege it is to play a small part in holding space for that magic to happen ✨️
