Have you ever noticed that as you get older time seems to move faster and one season quickly gives way to another. Sometimes we can find ourselves moaning and groaning about the speed of change, sometimes we can appreciate that life keeps on moving and doesn't get stuck in one season. This can bring hope and optimism knowing that what might feel overwhelming and unsettling just now, will, in due course, change, just like the seed becomes a plant, produces a flower that creates a new seed to grow into a new plant. We all move along with the seasons of change. 🙂

Just thinking how the faults we see in others are usually a lesson we need to learn about ourselves..... Happy Larry over there, always singing and smiling and it irtitates us to death, maybe we need to reframe our thinking and find more small positives in our day.

The guy who always brings your mood down.... maybe we need to work on our personal boundaries and let go of feeling guilty for that.

The person down the street with the new car again this year that makes us feel a bit jealous .... maybe we need to use that feeling to understand ourselves and our motivation to succeed.

You get the idea. I wonder what reflection you might be looking at just now? 😃

Just walking back from the garage there, the sun was actually shining and no rain. How nice it was to hear birds singing and notice the buds on rhodedendrums starting to split to open, weeping willow with buds, primula peeking bright against the soil, and lots of green spring shoots. Lovely ❤️🤩xx
