🦋A gentle moving meditation in the orchard to open our circle and ground ourselves in the healing energy of Mother Earth, before moving into a deeper lying-down guided meditation to plant the seeds of your intentions. (Led by Lucy)
✨ An immersive sound healing journey to help release stagnant energy and bring nurturing and equilibrium to mind, body and soul. (Led by Fiona)
✨ Reflective time with gentle music and herbal tea to explore Oracle Cards or reflect in your journal (with optional prompts!)

On 10th July, we welcome the Full Buck Moon as it illuminates the spirit animal path of the stag. This beautiful creature lives a perfect balance of vulnerability and strength, checking out its surroundings with caution and discernment before proceeding with courage along its chosen path. The stag is mindful and aware, following his instinct and living in accordance with the energies of Nature.
