If you sit at a desk 8–9 hours a day this will help!
Your back pain isn’t “age”.
It’s not “just tightness”.
And you’re not stuck with it.
Your body wasn’t designed to sit still for hours; muscles tighten, posture shifts and blood flow slows.
Then you go for a walk or try to train and it just feels wrong.
A couple of things you can do right now:
Change positions often. Stand up. Walk to the kettle.
Pull your shoulders back and down gently.
Move through your hips, not from your lower back.
Don’t just leave it until it becomes pain you can’t ignore!
Desk workers benefit from maintenance just as much as runners do. You service your car. You brush your teeth. You stretch your legs at 65mph on the motorway to stay awake. Your body deserves the same level of care.
Is this you?
