5 tips to dealing with RSD

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is a common trait of ADHD. Whilst this is more apparent in females it can still present in males.
Often manifesting as people pleasing or fawning, approval seeking behaviours and the 'need' to be liked.

RSD is not fun to live with, it impacts daily activities and takes over the mind.

Practicing what I preach today!

After a stressful few weeks left me feeling pretty flat I decided today was the day to get my trainers back on and get out there! Was lush to be running in the sun again ❤️

Look at this 😍

This was created by a Young person I was seeing back last year. A few months back he was showing me his recent drawings and paintings and for some reason I was totally drawn to this. I found it brilliant and fascinating. When we finished working together he gifted it to me and it is currently in my kitchen where it will live untill it makes it to my clinic ...... When the time comes.

I think it will defo be a conversation started don't you!?!

I love the creations I see for these guys, their creativity never fails to amaze me!

Wow it's been a whirlwind start to 2026!
Sorry for the radio silence, I'm not sure my feet have touched the floor! It's been busssssyyyy!

I have a whirling head full of ideas for 2026, hopefully we can make them happen together!

I promise to try and keep you all up to date more regularly! Honestly the days just run away with me!

Spent some time with R today, who had some art homework left to complete and asked if we could have an art and chat session.

Off I went armed with my diamond art which I managed to finish!
R completed their homework and we had a good chat and a few laughs throughout.

This is just one of the reasons I love mentoring. ❤️

Back to the classroom for me today!
The beginning of the end!!!!!

This marks the start of the last 2years of study for me untill I am a qualified counsellor 😍

It is unknowingly such a long training path, people underestimate the time, knowledge and effort it takes to train in counselling.

I'm so excited to be offering this service in the not too distant future 😍
