I love helping people realise they’re stronger than they think. It’s not about lifting the heaviest weights or being the fittest person in the room… it’s about improving week by week.

For me wellbeing is about the full picture,
strength, mobility, recovery, and looking after your body properly.

Some days I’m in the gym training clients, other days I’m working on the treatment couch helping people move and feel better.

Different approaches… same goal: helping people feel better in their bodies.

What an incredible month it’s been ✨

So much time and energy has gone into preparing for my final Pilates practical exam, and it’s all been worth it. I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing ladies, making new friends along the way, and pushing myself to be the best I can for my wonderful clients.

The feedback I received yesterday gave me such a boost… and I’m so happy to say I am now a qualified Pilates instructor! 🤍
