Take your first steps along the shamanic path with this empowering introductory course

The Way of the Shamanka Residential Weekend
7th - 9th October 2022 at Apple Mount Retreat, Suffolk.

Shamanka is dedicated to the recovery of the feminine path of ancient healing practice and spirituality. During this inspiring workshop, Rowena Hillier, Shamanic Practitioner and Shamanka Course Tutor, will introduce you to the Shamanka Way, a fulfilling journey of knowledge and wisdom.

Here are some of the things you will learn about:

- Traditional shamanic tools, the drum, rattle and smudging ceremony
- The Ceremonial Circle and calling Sacred Space
- The Medicine Wheel
- Techniques of journeying and altered awareness
- Encountering the essence of woman, the Shamanka Spirit

Rowena will be on hand to talk to you about next steps, whether your shamanic path is purely part of your own journey or you intend to practice professionally.

The course takes place at Apple Mount Retreat, just outside Lavenham, Suffolk. IP30 0NQ

Arrive 3.30pm Friday 7th October and depart 12.30pm Sunday 9th October 2022.

Accommodation is in luxury glamping pods with en-suite shower room and comfortable bed and sofabed, coffee, tea and milk/ vegan milk alternative. Each pod also has compact kitchen with fridge and microwave. Bedding and towels are provided.
Savings can be made by opting to share a pod.

The cost includes the workshops, accommodation and vegetarian evening meal on Friday and Saturday. Please bring your own breakfasts and lunches.

Welcome to the West Suffolk Goddess Circle, a supportive circle for women to join together and share wisdom, sisterhood and inspiration on their unique path of spiritual and self development.

Our next Goddess Circle is Tuesday 17th May 2022 - we're planning a Meditation, a Healing Circle and a Shamanic Fire Ceremony whilst watching the sun set.

Our meetings are held at Apple Mount Farmhouse, just outside Lavenham on the third Tuesday of each month.
You can expect Happiness, Healing and Empowerment.
There is a voluntary contribution of just £5 to cover refreshments and materials and this includes a £1 donation to the Goddess Foundation.
