Hi, I am Charlotte!

Founder and Lead Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor at Flex. For over 10 years I’ve been helping people move better and feel stronger. I specialise in rehabilitation, and I’m passionate about tailoring treatments to suit each person’s unique needs, whether that’s through physiotherapy, Pilates, or holistic treatments like acupuncture. I am experience at working with people with many different ailments achieve their goals including complex issues from head injuries, hip/knee replacements, trauma, chronic pain ect. I have worked in many settings from NHS to private rehabilitation settings, which has given me a wealth of experience to treat people with complex issues.

Helping my clients achieve their goals and regain confidence in their movement is what I love most about what I do. Based here in Sudbury, I work with people of all abilities to help them feel their best and improve their movement, every step of the way. My motto is lets always give things a go, this has helped me help people get walking again after life changing events or use treatment methods to help significantly reduce chronic pain such as phantom limb pain.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me staying active or exploring the beautiful UK countryside.I’m a firm believer in practicing what I preach!
