Viewing art in galleries has an immediate positive impact upon the body according to new research from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King's College London.

What a weekend at our autumn - Essential Expressions Retreat at Cranfield Retreat & Glamping ! We laughed, we cried, and through essential expression we reached long-held emotions and trauma. This somatic work brought healing to each of us, and it was profound—far beyond what we expected.

The bonds formed were immense, and every single participant was a vital part of the whole. Thank you to each and every one of you who attended. Clare & Charlotte are so grateful 🙏
