Time has come for our monthly, South Shields Football Club -Business Clubs-North East Network Event.

It's tomorrow evening, 29th of Feb 2024, 4-6pm and I'm going to call extra time, and give you another chance to book your tickets.

Another fantastic North East Network work meeting at our Sunderland Group at David Lloyd Sunderland and another week of getting out of bed loving everything I do.
I thrive on being around other people and am so happy to be able to have that buzz again that we've been starved of for quite a while!

Another fantastic meeting at The David Lloyd Sunderland North East Network this morning we were over the moon to be squinting at the sun at 7am, what a time to be alive!
My fingers are dropping off making introductions for people to do do business.
It's brilliant to be back face to face expanding our network.

It was an absolute shock to wake up yesterday to the news that the wonderful Lisa Shaw has sadly passed away after a short illness. I can remember how she put me at ease on my first radio broadcast at the BBC Newcastle and that she was an amazing compare for the Heels & Brogues charity ball.
I never got the chance to thank her and I'm sure it wasn't easy as we were such a noisy crowd!
My heart goes out to all her family and friends at this difficult time ❤️

Heels & Brogues Group have a First Aid at Work course running at the David Lloyd Sunderland Club on the 16th, 17th and 18th of June.
If anyone would like to attend for the full 3 days or for the 1 day refresher then drop me a message I'll reserve your space.
We can visit sites with various dates if you have 6 people or more.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week and is enjoying a bit normality?
It's been one hell of a 12 months with a lot of hard graft gone in to get not only Heels & Brogues Group off the Ground but also North East Network which has also started to get its own legs and we are seeing some really exciting things happen that we are looking forward to sharing our developments and announcing our sponsors and partnerships with you very soon.

Absolutely loved a face to face meeting today with Craig Hamilton such a natural synergy between our companies 'Heels & Brogues Group and Great Annual Savings Group - Spennymoor Town FC.
Cant wait to get started and looking forward to our match pints and hopefully watching the Team move up a league.

Great to see in the flesh the added value that Craig has brought to the club.

He makes a crap cup off coffee so I can't wait till the pub is open for service!
