🎉 What a brilliant day at North East Dementia Care! 🎉

Fans Museum came to visit with a treasure trove of memorabilia, and our members couldn’t stop smiling, reminiscing, and having fun – especially sharing memories of Sunderland AFC! ⚽❤️

A massive thank you to the BBC for shining a spotlight on such a fantastic cause – days like this remind us that joy is made of shared memories, laughter, and a little football banter!
