I get to meet some amazing women, they share their stories and feelings, and one thing that often crops up in our beautiful connections is feeling the constant rush and craving the pause. Mindfulness and softening in to the present, romanticising some of our daily habits and turning them in to self loving rituals, actually experiencing the present rather than rushing through it sends signals to out mind and body that we are safe and happy, our daily experiences then become even more beautiful, fulfilling and create inner peace 🤍

It’s no secret that I adore essential oils and their beautiful benefits. I use these intentionally in most treatments adjusting scents to preference, time of the day and individual needs to create an experience. This time of year our sinuses often need a little extra support and I love using Eucalyptus for that very reason, it’s scent is clearing, invigorating and antimicrobial 🤍🍃
