Made with Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix, these pancakes are fluffy, high in protein and ready in minutes. What’s not to like, right?
So here’s what you need and the method – happy baking!
Recipe – Serves 1
Ingredients
• 24g (2 scoops) Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix
• 30ml semi-skimmed milk or water
Method
Preheat a non-stick pan on low heat.
Mix 24g (2 scoops) of Protein Bake Mix with 30ml (2 tbsp) of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 30ml (2 tbsp) of water.
Once combined, pour the batter into the centre of the pan and spread to your desired thickness.
Cook on a low heat for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and repeat on the other side.
Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy 💛
