A few people have asked me about bootcamps in silksworth and I haven’t yet had time ...

However I thought what a perfect way to start a bank Holiday Monday ... particulars below⬇️

Date: Monday 31st August
Time: 8.00AM
Location: Silksworth Ski Slope Field
Cost: £5

I only have 2 remaining Spaces left on Monday for either Massage or PT.

Slots available are 2pm or 3pm

***Exciting News***

New venture starting today... very excited to join the Core build fitness team 🙌🏽💪🏽

I’ll be starting with Bootcamps on a
Tuesday evening at 7.30pm
Saturday morning 9.30am
Seaburn Recreation Ground

However as a team we are looking to offer more classes on different days/times and locations.

Let me know if you would be interested in any other places and we can see if we can accommodate.

First class is free and then £5 after that.

🙋🏽‍♀️ GUILTY!!

I’m the first to tell of my clients to this, yet one of the worst for it.
If I’m not at my day job, I am training at the gym, teaching classes, training clients or on hidden retreat doing massages.

I Absoloutly love a busy life but it does catch up with you. It’s taking me all my energy to not get up and go to the gym (as it is my rest day), or start on more unnecessary house work or get off my arse and start pottering but here I am , sat with a healthy brekfast, feet up watching anxiety and me, recharging my batteries, feels alien but I’ll work with it!

Always take time out for you, believe in yourself, take a step back, forgive yourself, say no to things you don’t want to do, always put yourself first, your health and mental health are your number one priority ❤️

And the bank holiday weekend begins 🙌🏽! And however you choose to spend it that’s up to you 😊!
I just thought I’d share a little quote that got me thinking ...just because it’s bank holiday it’s not an excuse to go completely off track and eat and drink anything and everything in sight.

I mean, Let’s be realistic, I’m not saying don’t go out and enjoy yourself just wherever you can, make sensible choices always have your goals in the back of your mind.

If you no your going out on the night, keep your meal choices smart during the day. If your going to be eating an Easter egg don’t then don’t go out and have a takeaway too.

Try not to miss the gym or at least get some form of exercise in through your the day.. go for a nice walk, the weather is meant to be lovely ☀️

MOST IMPORTANTLY do not think... ‘oh well I’ve messed this up now I will just start again Monday’ ...extremely dangerous! If you’ve had an Easter egg, night out, takeaway that wasn’t part of the plan that’s fine .. your a human, we all do it! Think of it this way, if your dropped your phone and cracked the screen you wouldn’t then start stamping on in it more, same with your diet. You have an unplanned treat you forget about it and move on straight back on with clean healthy and nutritious foods.

So basically ....

* Think smart
* Plan your days
* Hit the gym
* Remeber your goals
* Have a brilliant weekend.

On that note I’m off for a HIIT sesh at the gym.. followed by a bagel and peanut butter to start the day right 😋
