Many people are living with constant background stress.

The body stays tense.
Sleep becomes lighter.
And the mind struggles to switch off.

Over time, this can leave us feeling drained and disconnected from ourselves.

That is why I created the Awaken The Energy Within Workshop.

On Sunday 12 April, we will spend a gentle afternoon exploring simple practices that help the body return to balance.

Through Qi Gong, breathwork and sound healing, we will guide the nervous system back into a calmer, more grounded state.

These practices have been used for centuries to help people:

โ€ข Improve circulation and energy flow
โ€ข Calm the mind
โ€ข Feel more present in their body

You do not need flexibility, fitness, or any previous experience.

Life can move very quickly. Many of us spend our days rushing from one responsibility to the next, often without the space to truly pause and reconnect with ourselves.

On Saturday 12 April, I will be hosting a gentle and deeply restorative wellbeing workshop here in Long Ditton, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and re-energised.

During this three-hour experience, we will explore a blend of simple yet powerful practices including:
โ€ข Gentle Qi Gong movement to relax the body and support energy flow
โ€ข Breathing practices that help calm the nervous system
โ€ข Sound healing to encourage deep relaxation and emotional release
โ€ข Quiet moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself

Everything is taught in a warm and supportive way, and no experience is needed. The practices are slow, accessible, and suitable for beginners.
