Every Sunday morning I run live online classes in the UK at 11 am. And quite often I am asked what is it like?

I must say it is not like being in a room full of people practising Qi Gong, but it is not about that when you get deeper into the practise.

Every time I ask in a workshop or even classes, are people using their energy properly? And most people say no.

It was when I started to practise Qi Gong at home in front of a live instructor, or even on demand classes, that's when I realised the practise was not about me being in a room full of people, but it was for me, and me alone.

In the Bright Beings Academy online classes, you will get a little more than the outreach classes. We practise sleeping tiger every class, which is a holding position that accumulates energy into your lower abdomen, known as your lower Dahn Jon. It is an energy centre of the body.

You will get the meridian stretching, joint openings and flow exercises, together with the energy meditation and breathing exercises as well.

In fact, the class is jam packed with amazing things that I have accumulated over the years. And it works. People who try the classes usually feel different after the first session.

We are social beings and that is why it is good to go to outreach classes. But if you cannot do that, the online classes at the Bright Beings Academy would be ideal for you.

Sometimes the deepest shift in your practice is not what you do, but where you are resting from.

At a certain point, you may notice you are no longer fully identified with your body.

You are no longer caught in your thoughts. You are no longer trying to guide your energy.

Instead, you are simply aware.

This is ๐—ญ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ผ ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜.

A place of stillness that exists beneath everything you experience.

From here, your practice changes.

Movement becomes effortless. Breath becomes natural. Energy begins to organise itself.

And you are there, quietly witnessing it all.

There is a softness here. A sense of being held, rather than holding everything together.

This is where deeper restoration begins.
