Many people are living with constant background stress.
The body stays tense.
Sleep becomes lighter.
And the mind struggles to switch off.
Over time, this can leave us feeling drained and disconnected from ourselves.
That is why I created the Awaken The Energy Within Workshop.
On Sunday 12 April, we will spend a gentle afternoon exploring simple practices that help the body return to balance.
Through Qi Gong, breathwork and sound healing, we will guide the nervous system back into a calmer, more grounded state.
These practices have been used for centuries to help people:
โข Release built-up tension
โข Improve circulation and energy flow
โข Calm the mind
โข Feel more present in their body
You do not need flexibility, fitness, or any previous experience.
This is a peaceful and supportive space where everyone moves at their own pace.
