🌟 A Huge Congratulations to Raquel! 🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that Raquel has successfully passed the Team Teach Foundation Course in Positive Behaviour Support. This is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to her commitment to developing her skills and enhancing the support we offer.

Raquel’s new qualification will have a wonderful impact across our organisation. It strengthens the quality of our internal training, ensuring our team continues to feel confident, informed, and empowered when supporting individuals with a wide range of needs.

It will also enhance the services we deliver to our customers—helping us approach challenging situations with even greater understanding, consistency, and compassion. Ultimately, this means safer, more positive outcomes for the people we care for and their families.

Well done, Raquel — we’re so proud of you and grateful for everything you bring to the team! 💙✨

For Nawal and Ruth, care isn’t just a job, it’s creating moments that matter. 💙

Recently, our incredible carers from Caremark West Berkshire, Reading and South Oxfordshire spent a beautiful day with one of our customers - enjoying the park, watching boats drift by, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way.

At Caremark, we’re proud to support people of all ages, including younger individuals, helping them live full, independent, and joyful lives. For Nawal and Ruth, it’s these little moments, laughter, connection, and care, that make the biggest difference.

Every day, our carers bring dignity, compassion, and joy into the lives of the people they support.

November brings a slower pace. The evenings draw in, the air turns colder, and everything feels a little more still.🍂

But care doesn’t stop. A visit, a chat, a bit of help with the evening routine, it’s the kind of support that makes a real difference, especially when the days feel long.

Our Care Assistants show up with warmth, consistency, and kindness. That’s what real care looks like.

Award winning Care Company opens its doors in Epsom, Banstead and Reigate

People living in Epsom, Banstead and Reigate can now access services from the national award winning company Caremark (Sutton)

People living in Epsom, Banstead and Reigate will now be able to use the services of the national award winning care company Caremark (Sutton). The company has built a powerful reputation in the London Borough of Sutton, as being at the forefront of a social movement to transform the way that we care for people in their own homes. Operations Director Hannah Drury, who has already picked up four national business awards, for leadership in this sector, is just 27 years old. She inherited the company from her step father who very sadly died from Motor Neurone Disease two years ago. On the expansion Hannah said: "We have been inundated with calls from people living in Epsom, Banstead and Reigate who have wanted to use our services. Until now we have had to turn them away. This has been incredibly difficult as we know how good loving professional health and social care can transform people's quality of life." Hannah says that her, and her new leadership team, aim to transform care in the area, along the lines of what has happened in Frome in Somerset. With a focus on tackling loneliness and isolation Frome has been named the most friendly place to live in England. The social movement, to improve quality of life, has also led to a significant reduction in hospital admissions. Hannah added: "As a community we need to get better at caring for our most vulnerable citizens. We see daily how people's lives are transformed when they receive the support they need. People can still live hugely worthwhile and enjoyable lives, despite limitations. "Our mission is simple. We support each and every single client in a bid to get them to live the best life possible. We see a person with possibilities, not an illness."
