Incase you’re new here, heyyy - these are just some of the reasons why having a doula can make all the difference. They’re so important and often overlooked .

The 4th trimester can feel like a lot. I remember it well myself. Support doesn’t need to be imposing or complicated. Sometimes as simple as a hot cup of tea and a reassuring ear with no judgement.

It’s 4pm and you’re still in your pjs …. Today’s achievements …

1. Fed the baby
2. Burped the baby
3. Changed the baby
4. Fed the baby
5. Changed the baby again
6. Stared at the baby while it slept even though I’m exhausted.
AND Start all over again …..

Sound familiar ??? So amazing. SO relentless and non stop. A postnatal doula is here to hold the baby while you shower, hold space and time for you, make you a cup of tea you can actually drink while it’s hot, share guidance and support … And so much more. 💫
