This is 4-7-8 breathing - a simple, powerful technique that helps signal to your body that itâs okay to slow down.
How it works: Inhale for 4 > Hold for 7 > Exhale for 8.
How it helps:
⢠Calms an overactive nervous system
⢠Reduces anxiety and stress responses
⢠slows racing thoughts
⢠Helps you come out of fight-or-flight
⢠Supports deeper rest and emotional regulation.
Even one or two rounds can create a noticeable shift.
You donât need to do this perfectly. Just breathe with me for a moment.
