My group at The Arc Community Church runs every Tuesday at 5:30 or 7pm or my Sutton Coldfield Town Football Club group runs every Saturday at 7:30 o'clock 9am – and is THE place to get heaps of weight loss support, encouragement and inspiration 😉. Just look for the signs, and I’ll be waiting inside to greet you (and show you where you can make a cuppa ☕).
