After the huge success of our last retreat myself Tracy and Sarah are excited to announce the next Rose and Stone Retreat!

Along with Elemental Healing and Amongst Angels We Walk we will be offering 3 hours of ‘you time’ to experience guided meditation, crystal healing, sound healing with singing bowls and an informative discussion, tips and support around perimenopause and menopause.

There will be refreshments and goodies to take away.🤍
