Yep, that’s been me since New Year!

I’m not well enough to return to work just yet so taking another couple of days recovery time.

Apologies to the lovely clients I’ve had to rearrange today and tomorrow.

I’m hoping that with the extra rest I’ll be back in the saddle Weds 🤞🏻

A couple of pics from the Hands Free Massage practice days last weekend in Stroud... great fun, and lots of new moves created! 😉

Excellent teaching from Leora of Hands Free Massage Training 🥰

I'd highly recommend this training to any fellow therapist. It results in a more effective massage for clients and also means I'm using my body/arms/hands in a way that will save my joints moving forward. Just wish I'd learned it sooner!
